Do hotel residents need to book tickets to jurassic newpark and jurassic bounce?  FAQ Icon

No, all residents have complimentary access to Jurassic Newpark and DO NOT need to book. Please note Jurassic Bounce is an additional cost of €2.50 per person aged 4 and over and €2.50 per child aged 3 and under and can be prebooked online.

Can I pay at the gate/ is this walk in? FAQ Icon

We advise that all tickets are pre-booked online at www.jurassicnewpark.com, we do take walk ins, however we cannot guarantee immediate entry if the park is at capacity. If you have any queries, you can contact us at bookings@jurassicnewpark.com

Are tickets refundable? FAQ Icon

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable which is outlined in our terms and conditions when booking. We are therefore unable to cancel any bookings made or process any refunds. If you are a resident and have booked by fault, please contact our team at bookings@jurassicnewpark.com

Can i change the date of my bookings? FAQ Icon

If you wish to change the date of your booking, please contact our bookings team at bookings@jurassicnewpark.com.
Refunds or change of date cannot be facilitated after the date of your visit. Any exceptions to this will be made on a case-by-case basis but not guaranteed in accordance with our company operations and procedures.

Is there an age limit for jurassic bounce? FAQ Icon

Jurassic Bounce is split into two separate sections. One section is for children aged 3 years and under. The other section is for people aged 4 years and over. These sections are divided for Health and Safety reasons, and we cannot allow bouncers who are aged 3 years or under into the 4 years and older section.

Can i add guests to my original booking? FAQ Icon

If you have forgotten to add a guest to your booking you can purchase additional tickets online. If the tickets you wish to buy are not available online you can contact our bookings team at, bookings@jurassicnewpark.com and they can assist you as much as possible.

Do children need adults to accompany them to jurassic newpark? FAQ Icon

Yes. Jurassic Newpark requires that “No child or children under the age of 16 will be admitted to the park unless they are accompanied by a paying adult, who shall be 18 years or over”. Children must always remain under the control or supervision of an adult.

Is there a discount for carers? FAQ Icon

We offer a 50% discount for both carers and people with additional needs. This ticket can be purchased under ‘Carer and Person in Care’ at the bottom of our ticket options. Purchasing 1 ticket covers both the carer and the person in care.

Do escape health club and spa members receive a discount? FAQ Icon

All Escape Health Club and Spa members receive a 25% discount off their Jurassic Newpark Entry, this does not apply to Annual Passes, Vouchers or Special Events.

We advise that ALL bookings are made through our online booking system.

Can i bring my own food? FAQ Icon

We do not allow food purchased outside the premises into the park for health and safety reasons. We have our “Snack Shack” on the premises to purchase food and beverages on site. If you must bring food purchased outside the premises due to personal health/religious reasons, you can notify our team prior to your visit at bookings@jurassicnewpark.com or on arrival at our front gate.

We do not allow animals into the park, only service animals.

Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the grounds of Jurassic Newpark. There is a designated smoking/vaping area in the carpark.

Jurassic Newpark Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and using an Annual Pass for Jurassic Newpark. By purchasing and using the Annual Pass, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:

1. Pass Validity:
a. The Annual Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

b. The Annual Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is listed on the Pass.

c. The Annual Pass is valid for regular park operating days and does not include special events or separately ticketed attractions, The Annual pass does not include access to Jurassic Bounce, this must be paid for separately.

2. Pass Usage:
a. The Annual Pass allows unlimited access to the park during regular operating hours.

b. The Passholder is required to present a valid photo ID along with the Annual Pass for verification purposes.

c. The Annual Pass remains the property of the theme park and must be surrendered upon request.

d. Misuse of the Annual Pass, including but not limited to lending or reselling, may result in revocation without refund.

3. Park Regulations:
a. Passholders must comply with all park rules, regulations, and policies during their visit.

b. The theme park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Passholder who violates park rules or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

c. The park may modify operating hours, close attractions, or cancel events without prior notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

4. Passholder Benefits:
Passholders may receive newsletters or promotional emails from the theme park. Passholders can opt-out of these communications at any time.

5. Renewals and Cancellations:
a. Passholders may renew their Annual Pass before the expiration date to ensure continuous access to the park.

b. Cancellations of Annual Passes are subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. No refunds will be provided for partially used passes.
6. Lost or Stolen Passes:
a. Lost or stolen Annual Passes should be reported immediately to the theme park.

b. A fee may be charged for replacing a lost or stolen Annual Pass.

7. Liability:
a. The theme park is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during a Passholder’s visit.

b. Passholders assume all risks associated with participating in park activities.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
Jurassic Newpark reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Passholder to stay updated on any changes.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to Irish laws and regulations.

Yes, Jurassic Newpark is a permanent feature, please note closing times may vary throughout the year.

How long does it take to experience jurassic newpark? FAQ Icon

It can take up to an hour to make your way around the whole park. Average time spent in Jurassic Newpark ranges from 1-3 hours, there is no time constraint on a guest once they have entered the park.

Can i feed the animals? FAQ Icon

Feeding the animals is NOT permitted under any circumstances including the laurels that can be found in the park. Giving them food outside their specialised diet can make them sick.
