No, all residents have complimentary access to Jurassic Newpark and DO NOT need to book.

All tickets MUST be booked online at www.jurassicnewpark.com, we do not take walk ins. If you have any queries, you can contact us at bookings@jurassicnewpark.com.

Each time slot is allocated a certain number of tickets, for example if the adult/ child ticket option is displaying 2, there are only 2 tickets left for the time slot and the website will not allow you to book group passes in this case. A time slot may still appear green if there is only 1 ticket left.

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable which is outlined in our terms and conditions when booking. We are therefore unable to cancel any bookings made or process any refunds.

If you wish to change the date of your booking, please scroll down to the bottom of your confirmation email and use the “Manage my Booking” function within 72 hours prior to your booking and the team will try to assist you with a change of date, subject to availability. 

Refunds or change of date cannot be facilitated after the date of your visit. Any exceptions to this will be made on a case-by-case basis but not guaranteed in accordance with our company operations and procedures.

Yes. Jurassic Newpark requires that “No child or children under the age of 16 will be admitted to the park unless they are accompanied by a paying adult, who shall be 18 years or over”. Children must always remain under the control or supervision of an adult.

We offer a 50% discount for both carers and people with additional needs. This ticket can be purchased under ‘Carer and Person in Care’ at the bottom of our ticket options for €11. Purchasing 1 ticket covers both the carer and the person in care.

If you have not received your confirmation email, please email us at bookings@jurassicnewpark.com with the name of your booking and we can resend your confirmation details.

We DO NOT take bookings over the phone or through email. ALL bookings must be made online at www.jurassicnewpark.com

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to cater for birthday parties at present.

We do not allow food purchased outside the premises into the park for health and safety reasons. We have our “Snack Shack” on the premises to purchase food and beverages on site.

We do not allow animals into the park, only service animals.

For large group bookings please contact us directly at bookings@jurassicnewpark.com and we will try our best to facilitate, please note this will be subject to availability.

Smoking is prohibited within the grounds of Jurassic Newpark. There is a designated smoking area in the carpark.

Yes, Jurassic Newpark is a permanent feature, please note closing times may vary throughout the year.

It can take up to an hour to make your way around the whole park.

You are under no time constraint and can spend as long as you would like in the Park.

Feeding the animals is NOT permitted unless supervised by the rangers or during feeding times. Giving them food outside their specialised diet can make them sick.

We are located at the back of Newpark Hotel, you will find us at the back of the carpark.
