Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is subject to Jurassic Newpark’s standard opening hours.
Membership is strictly for the named and photographed individual(s) only and is non-transferable under all circumstances. Only the named members on the booking will be granted entry. Any membership used by someone other than the registered member will be confiscated.
A valid form of photo ID is required. Without ID, entry cannot be processed. For security, Jurassic Newpark reserves the right to scan each membership card upon entry.
Every membership must include at least one adult (18+). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times or entry will be refused.
All visits must be booked online in advance. Member allocation operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly on peak days, to avoid disappointment.
Membership is subject to certain restricted dates. On these dates, access may be limited or available at a reduced special rate. Restricted dates include, but are not limited to, themed and/or special events such as Halloween and Christmas.
Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other Jurassic Newpark offers (e.g., school tours, hotel/corporate tickets, Halloween/Christmas events, or other special promotions).
Memberships may not be resold, transferred, exchanged, or used for profit. Any breach of these conditions will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Jurassic Newpark reserves the right to amend membership benefits, terms, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Memberships may be cancelled without refund if deemed to be misused. Members are advised to keep their proof of purchase/receipt for reference.
In the event of forced closure due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, or external events), Jurassic Newpark accepts no responsibility for associated costs such as travel or accommodation. Refunds will not be issued for days affected by closure.
All rides and attractions are subject to availability and may close for operational, technical, seasonal, or safety reasons, or during special events, at Jurassic Newpark’s discretion.
